To all volunteers, visitors, competitors and organizers — the 2011 Calgary Highland Games was a great success and we look forward to seeing you next year!

A highlight of the 2011 games…

Rick Mercer and his crew were on the field the day of the games as he tried a variety of events. The caber toss was quite entertaining, especially when he used a chain saw to chop several feet off of an already shortened caber — he did have a perfect throw after that.
